Merchandise Guide

Merchandise Guidelines:

• All silver must be polished
• Rugs up to 10 x 12', must be cleaned/vacuumed before move-in date
• We accept furniture in excellent condition from pet-free and smoke-free homes
• We accept complete [or nearly complete sets] of Fine China
• All lamps must be in working condition
• All Art and/or Mirrors must be able to be hung on a slatted wall
• Chandeliers are limited by weight - please ask for more details
• Holiday items are accepted 2 months prior to the holiday
